Building Maintenance Technology,LLC was formed in October 2004. We are a Limited Liability Corporation comprised of three equal partner/owners. Between the three of us we have over 60 years experience in Building/Automation, HVAC, Security and Fire alarm systems. We have installed Building Automation Systems, Fire Alarms and/or Security Systems in over 60 facilities throughout the state of West Virginia. We perform routine maintenance and service to over 150 facilities throughout the state of West Virginia.
BMT,LLC is fully Licensed in the state of West Virginia with General Liability, Stop Gap Coverage, full Automotive and Workman's Compensation Insurance.
